Choose secure delivery to your door or arrange a Local Pickup.  

Delivery to your Door.  Shipping is included in the price of the art selected.  So, the total you pay at checkout ensures your art will be delivered timely to your location! Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed to the email address provided.

Local Pickup.  If that option is chosen, someone with the gallery will contact you within 48 business hours to coordinate the pickup of your purchase.  However, know that we understand that sometimes our customers’ purchases have a more urgent timeframe of receipt.  In those cases, you are welcome to contact us direct at 706-265-6030 to start the process.

POTTERY PURCHASES ONLY:  All pottery prices include a handling fee commensurate with the size of the pottery (Small $35, Large $55 and Extra Large $75).

ARTWORK SIZE NOTICE: If the artwork purchased is large in size, 48" x 48" or larger, these pieces will be wrapped, boxed and shipped by a local frame shop, Frame Mason in Dawsonville, GA. These large pieces will be shipped via UPS and an email will be sent with the tracking number.

If a piece of art is larger than 165" in both length and girth, UPS will not deliver. In these cases, we use freight lines to ship. An additional shipping fee will be charged for shipping.

We will contact you via your email and phone number provided for the payment of the additional freight lines shipping fee before the piece is shipped.  In addition, a Bill of Lading (same as a tracking number) will be provided for freight lines shipping.  Lastly, a possible delivery will have to be set up with the freight lines.

TIP: When using a freight line for shipping, if you have a business address the shipment could be delivered to instead of a residential address, the cost will be less than delivering to a residential address.

 

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your purchase (with receipt) within 7 days of the purchase receipt or the delivery date for an exchange or refund.

Please contact the gallery at 706-265-6030 to begin the return process.

The customer pays all return shipping, unless the purchase was damaged by the shipping company during shipping, then the shipping company will handle the return.

For all returns, a 10% restocking fee will be charged based on the price of your purchase. We do not offer refunds, only credit for exchanges at our gallery.
