Shipping Policy

Once you purchase your artwork from our online gallery, you may either arrange for a local pickup of your piece or we can arrange to have it shipped to you.

 *****NOTE:  Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs, and these costs are not included in the price you pay for your artworkPurchased items will not be shipped until the shipping charges are paid and payment for the product clears. (3-5 business days) *****

*****POTTERY PURCHASES ONLY:  All pottery prices include a handling fee commensurate with the size of the pottery (Small $35, Large $55 and Extra Large $75).  Customers are responsible for shipping costs.  Purchased items will not be shipped until the shipping charges are paid and payment for the product clears. (3-5 business days) *****

 

LOCAL PICKUP

Someone with the gallery will contact you within 48 business hours to coordinate the pickup of your purchase.  However, know that we understand that sometimes our customer’s purchases have a more urgent timeframe of receipt.  In those cases, you are welcome to contact us direct at 706-265-6030 to start the process.

 

SHIPPING

We ship using Frame Mason.   You will be contacted by email from mason@framemason.com to start the shipping process.  Frame Mason is located at 250 Grogan Drive, STE 125, Dawsonville, GA 30534 and can be reached at 678-394-0221.  Note that Frame Mason does ship via UPS.

NOTE: For pieces that exceed UPS’ size limit (height and/or width exceed 48 inches), Frame Mason will coordinate delivery.

 

 

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your purchase (with receipt) within 7 days of the purchase receipt or the delivery date for an exchange or refund.

Please contact the gallery at 706-265-6030 to begin the return process.

The customer pays all return shipping, unless the purchase was damaged by the shipping company during shipping, then the shipping company will handle the return.

For all returns, a 10% restocking fee will be charged based on the price of your purchase. We do not offer refunds, only credit for exchanges at our gallery.
